Intentio Training & Performance is a Wellington-based personal training and strength and conditioning service led by James Farr. We help people move better, get stronger, and build fitness that carries over to sport and everyday life.
Our coaching is practical and personal. We use simple assessment and performance measures to guide decisions, then apply evidence-informed training and clear coaching to keep you progressing safely and consistently.
