The program only service provides a fully personalised, periodised training plan without the ongoing cost of regular coaching sessions. Your programme is written specifically for you — your goals, your schedule, your equipment, your training history — and delivered with clear progressions, coaching cues, and defined parameters so that you can train independently and know exactly what you are doing and why.

 

This is not a generic template. It is a structured training plan built from the same evidence-informed principles that underpin all of our programming, designed to give you the clarity and confidence to train on your own terms.

This service suits individuals who have some training experience, are comfortable working independently, and want a more structured, purposeful approach to their training without the need for regular coached sessions. It works well for those who understand the basics but want clearer progression, more individual direction, and a programme that is better aligned to their goals, physical needs, lifestyle, or sporting demands.

How It Works

  1. Intake Questionnaire — A detailed written intake covers your goals, training history, injury history, available equipment, schedule, and any specific considerations.

  2. Program Design — A structured, periodised training plan is built based on your intake information. This includes all exercises, sets, reps, tempo, rest periods, and coaching cues.

  3. Delivery — Your programme is delivered digitally in a clear, easy-to-follow format suited to your needs.

  4. Program Review — A review is included at the end of each program block to assess progress, answer questions, and inform the next phase of training.

  5. Ongoing Access — You have access to ask questions and seek clarification throughout your programme via direct messaging.

How detailed is the program?

Program include all exercises, sets, reps, rest periods, tempo, RPE targets, and coaching cues. They are written to be self-sufficient — you should be able to pick it up and train without needing to look anything up.

 

What if I do not understand an exercise?

Every programme includes clear exercise descriptions. If something is unclear, you can ask directly via messaging and receive a prompt response.

How long is a program block?

Most program blocks run for six to eight weeks. A review is conducted at the end of each block before the next phase is written.

 

Can the program be adjusted if my schedule or equipment changes?

Yes. If something changes significantly during a program block, get in touch and adjustments will be made (please note that a small fee may apply).

 

Do I need to be an experienced gym-goer?

Some training experience is helpful, as this service does not include live coaching. However, programs can be written for those with limited experience if the exercises are appropriate and coaching cues are sufficient.
